Winter


Verbier offers some of the best skiing in Europe upto 3300m and the season stretches from early December to April. With the Four Valleys area comprising 410 km of ski runs and 89 lifts, all covered by one lift pass, Verbier has runs to suit all levels of ability. Beginners enjoy gentle slopes to build their confidence, intermediates have no end of challenges, whilst advanced skiers find plenty to test them, plus mountain guides or heli-skiing. Summer


Verbier provides a superb location for the more active summer vacationer, offering a wide range of high adrenalin activities against a stunning backdrop. This includes mountain biking, paragliding, rock climbing, canyoning and high altitude hiking.
For those who prefer a gentler pace, there are many beautiful mountain rambles, often alongside bubbling streams amongst stunning wildflowers. Wild life abounds, with marmots, alpine foxes, snow hares, eagles, chamois and ibex frequently in evidence. Additional activities include golf, tennis, horse riding and fishing.
