Dar Tablick rents Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 1600 on your day of arrival and check-out is 1100 on departure day. Any variation to this must be by prior arrangement and agreed in writing before your arrival date.

Weekly property prices at Dar Tablick include:



• Seven nights’ accommodation.

• Fresh flowers on arrival.

• Linens changed weekly.

Dar Tablick is a private house, with all its comforts and conveniences, not just a letting investment. Price includes seven nights for up to eight people with the use of four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

For all these and any other additional services or personal requests, we endeavour to search and find the quality we expect for our clients. Your decision to use or participate in these additional services is entirely your choice and at your own risk.

Payments:
Our prices are quoted in Euros. We accept Euros, Pounds Sterling and Swiss Francs. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque in any of these three currencies. When making your reservation please state which currency and which method of payment is most suitable for you.



Security Deposit:

When making your reservation we ask for your credit card details to keep on file for the duration of your stay at the property and for 30 days after. Should there be any damage or unpaid amounts owing by you, we will then advise you in writing within 30 days of your departure from the property, and charge those amounts to your credit card.



Smoking:

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests we ask that you refrain from smoking inside any of our properties. Smoking is only permitted outside where ashtrays are provided. Please, no butts are to be left in the gardens, on the lawns or in public places. Please respect the laws of each country as to where you are and are not allowed to smoke.



Insurance:

Travel insurance is a necessity, a protection for you against any unforeseen circumstances which may spoil your holiday. It is very important that you purchase fully comprehensive travel insurance, for each person, which properly covers your participation in whatever activity you may undertake whilst travelling and on holiday, and third party risk.

Data Protection:

In order to process your reservation and to ensure that any holiday arrangements we make on your behalf and at your request run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide (such as name, address, special dietary needs, etc. where necessary). We will do our best to ensure that proper security measures are taken to ensure your privacy of information. We must pass your information on to suppliers such as guest chefs, ski hire and heli-skiing companies, hot air balloon companies and etc. where applicable and to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them or required by law.



Travel Information:

Please check, in advance, the websites for each country, their Embassy or Consulate. They will provide relevant information on travel, health and your visa requirements for the countries you are visiting. Please also check with your own doctor for any medical requirements or medications you may need whilst away. Always keep with you when travelling your medical prescription should there be questions with customs when entering a country. You are responsible for any currency exchanges you require, cash needed whilst on holiday or personal credit card arrangements. Please check with your bank before departure.
